Jean-Guy Lanouette
Jean-Guy Lanouette is Chairman of the Board of GDG Environment Group. GDG Environnement, founded in 1984, is the main operating entity of the Group. Mr. Lanouette holds a Bachelor’s degree in biology from l’Université du Québec in Trois-Rivières (1976). Since that time, Mr. Lanouette’s passion is for the study of biting flies and the commercialization of biological control. His 30 years of experience in the field is a testimony of his expertise and of his management and entrepreneurship skills. In February 2009, he handed over his title of President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Richard Laferrière
Richard Laferrière is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Solutions Extenway since May 2008 He is also Chairman of the Board of Warnex since February 1995 and Chairman of the Board of FRV Media since May 2008. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of FRV Media between June 2000 and April 2008. From June 2000 and February 2006, he was a member of the Board, and a shareholder, of HR Strategies, an independent investment firm. Mr. Laferrière was the Co-founder and President and Chief Executive Officer of Groupe Coscient from 1978 to 1999. He is a member of the Board of Fronsac and also a member of the World Presidents Organization.
Me Jean Dionne
Dionne is a lawyer partner of BCF, L.L.P. since March 2008. From 1988 to 2008, he was a lawyer partner of Langlois Kronström Desjardins, L.L.P. (“LKD”). During this period, he was a member of the board of directors at LKD for a period of eight years and a member of the audit committee in 2007. Since 2006, Mr. Dionne is a Director of World Outfitters Corporation Safari Nordik (TSX-V: SAF) and from 2000 to 2002, he was Chairmain and Director of AVI Software Inc. He holds a law degree from Laval University and is a member of the Quebec Bar Association since 1986. Mr. Dionne practices commercial and corporate law and is specialised in corporate financing.
Réjean Breton
Réjean Breton is a member of l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec since 1972. From 1980 to 2008, Mr. Breton was the founding President of Breton Banville & Associates, general partnership, one of the most important firm of electrical engineering in Quebec, where he serves as the Chief Executive Officer until 2006. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of the Association of Canadian Engineering Company (ACEC) in 2006 and 2007 and he has been delegate member of the Association of Consulting Engineering of Quebec within the ACEC from 2002 to 2007.
Bertrand Côté
Bertrand Côté was Vice President Finance at Sigma Industries Inc., a company whose shares are traded on the TSX Venture Exchange from 2005 to 2009. He has worked as a financial analyst at Les Investissements Blue Ship Inc. from December 2004 to July 2005. Earlier, from November 1999 to May 2001, he was the treasurer of Groupe Bocenor Inc., a company whose shares are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange and from May 2001 to December 2004, he became Director of supply management and logistics in the same company. Previously, from December 1997 to November 1999, he serves as Chief financial officer and computer manager at les Fenêtres Montmagny Inc. Between January and December 1997, he was Director of Conik Technologies Inc. and, from May 1991 to December 1996, he was controller at Garant, a division of USI Canada Inc. Mr. Côté obtained two certificates from Laval University : a certificate in administration in 1986 and one in accounting, in 1989.
William Saulnier
William Saulnier is a Corporate Director since December 2006. From 1980 to December 2006, he was Chief Financial Officer of Groupe Laperrière & Verreault (now GLV Inc.), global provider of technological solutions used in water treatment and pulp and paper production, whose titles are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (GLV). Mr. Saulnier holds a certificate in administration from l’Université du Québec in Trois-Rivières.
